No Personal Data Collected: SameSpot is designed to operate locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or device identifiers.
Photos and Media: The App uses your device’s camera and photo library only to allow you to capture and store before and after photos for your projects. These photos are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any external servers or cloud services by the App.
The App requests access to your device’s camera and photo library. This access is required to provide the core functionality of creating before and after photo comparisons for your home projects. All photo data remains on your device and is under your control. The App does not upload or share images without your explicit action.
SameSpot does not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties. The App does not send data to advertising services, analytics providers, tracking networks, or any external servers.
SameSpot does not include third-party analytics frameworks or tracking technologies. We do not track, monitor, or profile usage in any way.
You have full control over the photos stored on your device. You may delete any project and associated photos directly within the App or through your device’s photo management tools.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or App functionality. We will post the updated policy on our hosted page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
